Tiger Lady Tattoo is all about creating a laid-back, welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable walking through the door. We’ve built the shop around a love for classic American Traditional tattooing, with a vintage atmosphere that feels timeless without feeling stuffy. Whether it’s your first tattoo or you’ve lost count, we want you to feel right at home. Come hang out, talk tattoos, check out the flash, and leave with something you’re proud to wear. Your idea or ours.
Tiger Lady Tattoo isn’t your typical tattoo shop. We wanted to create a space that feels elevated without ever feeling intimidating—a place where quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are taken seriously, but nobody takes themselves too seriously.
Located in the heart of Waco, Tiger Lady blends the timeless character of a traditional tattoo shop with the comfort and style of a high-end studio. From the moment you walk through the door, the goal is for you to feel like you’re somewhere special. The shop is thoughtfully designed, clean, comfortable, and full of personality, creating an atmosphere that feels more like a boutique or private studio than the stereotypical tattoo shop.
At the same time, Tiger Lady is supposed to be fun. We don’t want you to feel like you have to get tattooed and immediately head for the door. We want the shop to be a place where people feel comfortable hanging out, talking, laughing, checking out the artwork, and just enjoying the atmosphere. Good music, good conversation, a little shit talking, and plenty of personality are all part of the experience.
We love when someone stops in just to say hello, brings a friend along for their appointment, or hangs around after getting tattooed because they’re having a good time. That sense of community is a huge part of what we want Tiger Lady to be. It’s a tattoo shop, but it’s also a place where friendships are made, stories get told, ideas get kicked around, and you never quite know who might walk through the door.
There’s no ego here and no feeling like you have to look, dress, or act a certain way to belong. Whether you’re covered in tattoos or nervously walking in for your first one, you’re going to be treated like you’re supposed to be here.
We take the tattooing seriously. Everything else, we try to have a little fun with.
That combination is what makes Tiger Lady different: high-end without being highbrow, professional without being stuffy, and traditional without losing the personality and energy that made tattoo shops special in the first place.
Come get tattooed. Come hang out. Come see what we’re about

Tiger Lady Tattoo and its artists reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for health, safety, legal, behavioral, artistic, or professional reasons.
3. Appointments and Consultations
Appointments may be scheduled online, by telephone, email, social media, or in person.
Appointments are not guaranteed until the appointment has been confirmed and any required deposit has been received.
Whenever possible, Tiger Lady Tattoo prefers to conduct a face-to-face consultation before the tattoo appointment. An in-person consultation allows the client and artist to discuss the design, size, placement, estimated price, scheduling, expectations, limitations, and any questions or concerns.
The consultation helps ensure that both the client and the artist clearly understand the project and know what to expect from each other before the tattoo appointment.
Clients should arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for the session.
Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened session, be required to reschedule, or forfeit their deposit. The decision will depend on the amount of time available and the artist’s schedule.
4. Deposits
A deposit is required to secure a tattoo appointment. The deposit compensates the artist for time spent preparing artwork and reserves the scheduled appointment time.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing:
For multi-session tattoos, the artist will explain how the deposit will be credited toward the project. Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining deposit balance will generally be applied to the final scheduled session.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients who need to cancel or reschedule should contact Tiger Lady Tattoo as soon as possible.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to transfer an eligible deposit to another appointment.
Repeated cancellations, late arrivals, rescheduling requests, or missed appointments may result in:
Tiger Lady Tattoo may occasionally need to reschedule an appointment because of illness, emergency, equipment concerns, or other unexpected circumstances. When the studio or artist initiates the change, the client’s deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment.
6. Design Approval and Changes
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the tattoo design, spelling, numbers, dates, placement, size, orientation, and other important details before tattooing begins.
Once the client approves the design and tattooing begins, changes may not be possible.
Minor adjustments may be made at the artist’s discretion. Major changes requested after the consultation may require:
Tiger Lady Tattoo does not guarantee that every reference image or design request can be reproduced exactly. Designs may need to be modified to create a tattoo that is readable, safe, and appropriate for the selected placement.
7. Pricing and Payment
Tattoo prices may be based on size, placement, detail, complexity, preparation time, tattooing time, supplies, artist experience, and the number of sessions required.
Any price provided before the tattoo appointment is an estimate unless the artist confirms a fixed price in writing.
The final price may change if the client requests changes to the design, size, placement, color, detail, or scope of the project.
Payment is due at the completion of each appointment unless another arrangement has been approved in advance.
Accepted payment methods may be determined by the studio or individual artist. Applicable taxes, processing fees, or other authorized charges may be added when required.
Tips are voluntary and are not included in the quoted tattoo price.
8. Client Health and Responsibilities
Clients agree that they will not receive tattoo services while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that could affect judgment, consent, behavior, or the tattooing process.
Clients must inform the artist of any health condition, allergy, medication, pregnancy, skin condition, recent illness, or other circumstance that could affect the tattoo procedure or healing.
Tiger Lady Tattoo may decline or postpone a tattoo when the artist believes proceeding could create an unreasonable health or safety risk.
Clients are responsible for:
Tiger Lady Tattoo does not provide medical advice. Clients should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns.
9. Healing and Aftercare
Tattooing involves breaking the skin and carries inherent risks, including irritation, swelling, bleeding, infection, scarring, allergic reaction, pigment migration, and variations in healing.
Healing results vary based on skin type, placement, health, immune response, lifestyle, sun exposure, aftercare, and other individual factors.
Tiger Lady Tattoo cannot guarantee:
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by their artist.
10. Touch-Ups
Touch-ups may be offered at the discretion of the original artist.
Any complimentary touch-up policy will apply only within the timeframe established by the artist and may require proof that the client followed the provided aftercare instructions.
Complimentary touch-ups may not apply to fading, damage, or pigment loss caused by:
Additional work, alterations, or touch-ups outside the artist’s policy may be charged at the current rate.
11. Custom Artwork and Intellectual Property
Original artwork created by Tiger Lady Tattoo or its artists remains the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, commercially use, or provide an unfinished custom design to another tattoo artist without written permission.
Unused or rejected designs remain the property of the artist and may be modified or used for another purpose.
Payment of a deposit does not transfer ownership of the artwork to the client.

Tiger Lady Tattoo may ask to photograph or record completed tattoos for portfolios, social media, the studio website, advertising, educational materials, or promotional purposes.
Clients may decline photography or promotional use.
Photographs that identify a client will not be intentionally published without the client’s permission. When practical, photographs may be cropped or framed to focus on the tattoo rather than the client’s identity.
Permission for future promotional use may be withdrawn by contacting Tiger Lady Tattoo. Withdrawal will apply to future use but may not require removal of materials that were previously printed, published, shared, or distributed.
13. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates:
