Welcome to Tiger Lady Tattoo. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking services, communications, consultations, appointments, and tattoo services.
By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, paying a deposit, or receiving services from Tiger Lady Tattoo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Client Eligibility
Tattoo services are provided only to clients who meet all applicable Texas legal requirements.
Before receiving tattoo services, clients must:
Tiger Lady Tattoo and its artists reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for health, safety, legal, behavioral, artistic, or professional reasons.
3. Appointments and Consultations
Appointments may be scheduled online, by telephone, email, social media, or in person.
Appointments are not guaranteed until the appointment has been confirmed and any required deposit has been received.
Whenever possible, Tiger Lady Tattoo prefers to conduct a face-to-face consultation before the tattoo appointment. An in-person consultation allows the client and artist to discuss the design, size, placement, estimated price, scheduling, expectations, limitations, and any questions or concerns.
The consultation helps ensure that both the client and the artist clearly understand the project and know what to expect from each other before the tattoo appointment.
Clients should arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for the session.
Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened session, be required to reschedule, or forfeit their deposit. The decision will depend on the amount of time available and the artist’s schedule.
4. Deposits
A deposit is required to secure a tattoo appointment. The deposit compensates the artist for time spent preparing artwork and reserves the scheduled appointment time.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing:
For multi-session tattoos, the artist will explain how the deposit will be credited toward the project. Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining deposit balance will generally be applied to the final scheduled session.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients who need to cancel or reschedule should contact Tiger Lady Tattoo as soon as possible.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to transfer an eligible deposit to another appointment.
Repeated cancellations, late arrivals, rescheduling requests, or missed appointments may result in:
Tiger Lady Tattoo may occasionally need to reschedule an appointment because of illness, emergency, equipment concerns, or other unexpected circumstances. When the studio or artist initiates the change, the client’s deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment.
6. Design Approval and Changes
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the tattoo design, spelling, numbers, dates, placement, size, orientation, and other important details before tattooing begins.
Once the client approves the design and tattooing begins, changes may not be possible.
Minor adjustments may be made at the artist’s discretion. Major changes requested after the consultation may require:
Tiger Lady Tattoo does not guarantee that every reference image or design request can be reproduced exactly. Designs may need to be modified to create a tattoo that is readable, safe, and appropriate for the selected placement.
7. Pricing and Payment
Tattoo prices may be based on size, placement, detail, complexity, preparation time, tattooing time, supplies, artist experience, and the number of sessions required.
Any price provided before the tattoo appointment is an estimate unless the artist confirms a fixed price in writing.
The final price may change if the client requests changes to the design, size, placement, color, detail, or scope of the project.
Payment is due at the completion of each appointment unless another arrangement has been approved in advance.
Accepted payment methods may be determined by the studio or individual artist. Applicable taxes, processing fees, or other authorized charges may be added when required.
Tips are voluntary and are not included in the quoted tattoo price.
8. Client Health and Responsibilities
Clients agree that they will not receive tattoo services while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that could affect judgment, consent, behavior, or the tattooing process.
Clients must inform the artist of any health condition, allergy, medication, pregnancy, skin condition, recent illness, or other circumstance that could affect the tattoo procedure or healing.
Tiger Lady Tattoo may decline or postpone a tattoo when the artist believes proceeding could create an unreasonable health or safety risk.

9. Healing and Aftercare
Tattooing involves breaking the skin and carries inherent risks, including irritation, swelling, bleeding, infection, scarring, allergic reaction, pigment migration, and variations in healing.
Healing results vary based on skin type, placement, health, immune response, lifestyle, sun exposure, aftercare, and other individual factors.
Tiger Lady Tattoo cannot guarantee:
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by their artist.
10. Touch-Ups
Touch-ups may be offered at the discretion of the original artist.
Any complimentary touch-up policy will apply only within the timeframe established by the artist and may require proof that the client followed the provided aftercare instructions.
Complimentary touch-ups may not apply to fading, damage, or pigment loss caused by:
Additional work, alterations, or touch-ups outside the artist’s policy may be charged at the current rate.
11. Custom Artwork and Intellectual Property
Original artwork created by Tiger Lady Tattoo or its artists remains the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, commercially use, or provide an unfinished custom design to another tattoo artist without written permission.
Unused or rejected designs remain the property of the artist and may be modified or used for another purpose.
Payment of a deposit does not transfer ownership of the artwork to the client.
Completing and paying for a tattoo gives the client the right to wear and display the tattoo on their body. It does not automatically transfer the copyright or commercial reproduction rights to the underlying artwork.
12. Photographs and Social Media
Tiger Lady Tattoo may ask to photograph or record completed tattoos for portfolios, social media, the studio website, advertising, educational materials, or promotional purposes.
Clients may decline photography or promotional use.
Photographs that identify a client will not be intentionally published without the client’s permission. When practical, photographs may be cropped or framed to focus on the tattoo rather than the client’s identity.
Permission for future promotional use may be withdrawn by contacting Tiger Lady Tattoo. Withdrawal will apply to future use but may not require removal of materials that were previously printed, published, shared, or distributed.
13. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates:
Gift certificates do not guarantee appointment availability or acceptance of a particular tattoo project. Clients must still complete the normal consultation, booking, consent, and identification process.
14. Website Use
The Tiger Lady Tattoo website and online services are provided for general information, communication, booking, and promotional purposes.

15. Third-Party Services and Links
Tiger Lady Tattoo may use third-party providers for booking, payment processing, website hosting, analytics, communications, or social media.

Website information, artist portfolios, photographs, price estimates, availability, and service descriptions are provided for general informational purposes and may change.
Portfolio photographs represent individual tattoos performed under specific circumstances. They do not guarantee that another client will receive identical results.
Tattooing is a customized artistic service. Differences may occur because of skin tone, anatomy, placement, healing, design adjustments, and the artist’s professional judgment.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tiger Lady Tattoo, its owners, employees, contractors, and artists will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or studio services.

18. Privacy
The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information are also governed by the Tiger Lady Tattoo Privacy Policy.

19. Refusal or Discontinuation of Service
Tiger Lady Tattoo reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue service when reasonably necessary.

20. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting Tiger Lady Tattoo.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiger Lady Tattoo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property unless the loss was directly caused by the studio’s proven negligence.
21. Changes to These Terms
Tiger Lady Tattoo may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The version in effect when an appointment is booked will generally govern that appointment unless a change is required by law, health and safety requirements, or mutual written agreement.
22. Severability
If any portion of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining portions will continue in full force to the extent permitted by law.
23. No Waiver
Failure by Tiger Lady Tattoo to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
24. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
To the extent permitted by law, any dispute relating to these Terms, the website, an appointment, or tattoo services will be handled in an appropriate court located in McLennan County, Texas.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, tattoo consent forms, aftercare instructions, written estimates, and any project-specific agreement, constitute the agreement between Tiger Lady Tattoo and the client regarding the applicable services.
If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the project-specific agreement will control for that project.
